When your Builder advises you or us that your property is ready to take delivery, we will first inspect it on your behalf and then tell the Builder of any minor problems which we feel need to be completed prior to your arrival. Once you have moved in to your property we will inspect it again with you and the Builders representative. We will compile a snagging list if required, a list of minor items that the Builder needs to finish off, on your behalf and hand a copy to you and to the Builder. The Builder will then complete these items in consultation with yourselves. Alterations and additions to your property Your Builder will be pleased to quote for any additional works you may require. You must also ensure that a firm appointment is made with your solicitor and the Notary to sign the title deeds. We also suggest that you come over a couple of days before you intend to complete the purchase in order to look at your property, buy furniture and "acclimatise". Let us know as soon as you have booked your flight.
