that offers a strong after-sales service. Most companies will offer you help setting up
utilities, connecting a telephone, or a car. However, quite a few out source this service,

that point our in-house team will work with you from sale to completion-right up to when

Liaison with your Builder

If your property is not ready at the time of your purchase we will provide regular
progress reports on its construction.
When your Builder advises you or us that your property is ready to take delivery, we
will first inspect it on your behalf and then tell the Builder of any minor problems which
we feel need to be completed prior to your arrival.
Once you have moved in to your property we will inspect it again with you and the
Builders representative.
We will compile a snagging list if required, a list of minor items that the Builder needs to
finish off, on your behalf and hand a copy to you and to the Builder. The Builder will
then complete these items in consultation with yourselves.

Alterations and additions to your property

Your Builder will be pleased to quote for any additional works you may require.
More often than not, we are able to provide you with cheaper quotations through the
various specialist contractors we know and trust, who have provided an efficient and
reliable service to our clients over the years,
Make sure you discuss your plans with us before making firm arrangements, we often
save you money.
You might, for example, need some external paving or landscaping, air-conditioning,
security grills or an alarm system, a built in barbecue or for a telephone line to be
connected. Just let us know what you need and we will organise a quotation.
We can arrange for the work to be carried out after the completion of your property.

Inspections while your property is under construction

You will probably want to arrange to visit the area again before your property is
finished.
If you decide to do this, let us know the date of your arrival in good time so that we can
assist you with rented accommodation near your property or Hotel accommodation if
you prefer.
We can help with
Car hire available for you to pick up at the Airport and we will also
arrange for one of our after-sales team to meet you during your visit.

Purchase of Furniture for your property

We deal with carefully selected furniture retailers in the area. With their cooperation
we can put together packages of furniture for all sizes of property and budget. These
packages include everything you might need to fully furnish your house when
completed. We can take you to the showrooms so that you can choose whatever you
want either during your interim visit or when you come to take possession. If ordered on
your interim visit it can be delivered on the day you move in.

Liaison with your Solicitor and Bank

Your legal representative will play an important part in ensuring your purchase runs
smoothly and you should maintain regular contact with them yourself. However, we will
also keep in contact with your solicitor to ensure co-ordination of the building and legal
aspects of your purchase.
If you have arranged a mortgage to purchase your property we can also liase with your
Bank and your solicitor.
This service can be especially useful if you have decided to use a Spanish bank for
the finance.

Completion of the purchase of your property

Once you can confirm the following points, we will help you arrange your visit to Spain
to complete your purchase and move in to your new home.
Know the date your purchase is complete and your finance is in place.
Do not book your flights until you have been advised by us or your Builder that your
home is complete.
You must also ensure that a firm appointment is made with your solicitor and the
Notary to sign the title deeds.
We also suggest that you come over a couple of days before you intend to complete
the purchase in order to look at your property, buy furniture and "acclimatise". Let us
know as soon as you have booked your flight.
We will arrange accommodation if you require, car hire for the week and then we will
hold your hand from when you arrive until you take over your property, this part of our
service includes.

Taking you to your bank to finalise matters.
Taking you to your solicitor when you are completing your purchase.
Showing you furniture if you have not already purchased it.
Arranging insurance for your property and contents.
